Ateneo Consultants for Organization Development and Empowerment (CODE) is a youth-led, non-profit organization that conducts contextualized Organization Development (OD) services to empower youth organizations to better serve the nation.

ADVOCACIES

Through the practice of OD, we aim to form the Youth who will contribute to nation building by initiating positive change within the community.

Ateneo CODE holds three core competencies: (1) Consultant Development, (2) Application of Organization Development, and (3) Organization Health.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Apply through the COA Website and join the Applicants' FB Group.

2. Sign-Up and attend a General Assembly session.

3. Submit your CODE Application Form.

4. Sign-Up and attend a Simulations session.

5. Sign up and attend your Interview slot.

6. Results will be announced by end of September.
