The Fitness Improvement Team is the first and only all-around fitness organization at Ateneo de Manila University. We envision a community where fitness goals are supported and made accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level.

FIT MONTH
FIT Month is a month-long series of weekly workout sessions for our strength, running, and mixed martial arts communities.
FIT Talks
FIT Talks is a seminar that gives a fresh perspective into fitness development in student life, collegiate varsities, and professional sports industry.
Versus: FIT
Versus: FIT is a multi-stage fitness challenge series designed to determine the most well-rounded athlete across various disciplines.

REGIstration process

1. Fill out the application form found either on the RecWeek website or on the organization’s booth.
2. Wait for a confirmation email to be sent from FIT’s official email to your student email.
3. Follow the instructions as outlined for the onboarding process.
4. Attend the General Assembly.
