Laro Loyola (LaLo) is Ateneo’s premier game development organization that fosters an inclusive community of creative game designers and enthusiasts. We aim to host a community that learns together, plays together, and creates together.

Advocacies

LaLo advocates for video games as an art form while promoting accessibility, ethical design, and inclusivity in game creation and the industry.

LaLo aims to foster creativity, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning in an environment that strives to share in the joy of game design.
LaLo Labs
LaLo Labs offers workshops and seminars that will help members learn and practice various game development skills with experts on individual topics
PitchJam
PitchJam allows members to pitch their game ideas, following a theme, to a panel of experienced judges in order to hone their game design skills.
GameJam
GameJam allows members to design and develop games within a time limit, testing their skills, following a theme and bringing their ideas to life.

Laro Loyola brings together a culmination of brilliant minds and talents in order to form a community united under the banner of appreciating and developing video games.

I've always seen LaLo as the place in Ateneo where you can find your own game development team to make that game you never thought was possible as a student.

REGIstration process

1.) Submit an application form and wait for a response email.
2.) Email accepted members to the org and wait to join the org’s Discord server.
3.) Members interested in joining a department will attend an Individual Consultation.
4.) Accepted departmental applicants will be announced mid-September.
