OLE Period

Org-Led Events (OLEs) are organization-initiated activities conducted during the first two weeks of RecWeek. These events serve as promotional avenues where organizations can showcase their identity, advocacy,  and connect with potential applicants.

Application Week

Embark on a new journey and explore different advocacies! This September 1-5, 2025, come sail to Red Brick Road with your friends and find the org that suits you best!

Org Parade

The Org Parade comprises student representatives who will parade and promote their organizations and groups around the Ateneo campus. This showcases the Ateneo community's vibrant org culture and jumpstart the exciting festivities of RecWeek 2025!

Org Gimmicks

Performances/acts held on the RecWeek stage with the goal of encouraging students to apply to your organization. Two (2) minutes will be given to each organization who have signed up; which will occur during the 10-minute time slots in between classes.

Community Mural

The mural can be found by the COA-M Booth, where Ateneans can color free spaces in a collaborative effort.

Freedom Wall

Share your thoughts, wishes, and reflections by writing on the Freedom Wall, a space where Ateneans can freely express themselves throughout the week. It’s a collective canvas of voices that captures the community’s spirit.

Free Ice Cream

Cool off with a sweet treat on September 1 as free ice cream is handed out to Ateneans. A simple delight to kick off the festivities and bring smiles to the community.

Photoman (Roving Photographer)

A roving photographer will go around the Red Brick Road and take photos of willing students, who will also be given a printout as a souvenir.

Photobooth

A stationary photobooth will be available for students to take pictures on and have printouts as souvenirs.

Wavebound

Wavebound is RecWeek's highly-anticipated closing event, held on the last day of Application Week. It features a variety of activities such as interactive booths, food stalls, live performances from student organizations, and a closing program.

Photo Wall

Take pictures in the RecWeek Photo Wall and tag @coarecweek to be featured in the RecWeek 2025 social media platforms!
